A homeless man masturbating in a victim’s driveway in the 1300 block of Scott Road on Nov. 8 was arrested at 7:20 a.m.

A man stole merchandise by concealing it inside of a second product in the 1000 block of W. Burbank Boulevard on Nov. 9 at 1:45 p.m. The suspect paid for the less expensive item and exited the store without paying for the concealed item. The man was later arrested for shoplifting, being in possession of drug paraphernalia and identity theft.

A man was arrested after being pulled over for DUI and being in possession of a ghost gun near Buena Vista Street and San Fernando Boulevard on Nov. 10 at 11 p.m.

A man who was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped by police was arrested for being in possession of ghost gun and drug paraphernalia near San Fernando Boulevard and Burbank Boulevard on Nov. 11 at 4:35 p.m.

A woman stole several pet toys for cats and dogs for a store in the 600 block of E. Cypress Avenue on Nov. 13 at 12:20 p.m. The suspect fled in her vehicle and was later found at her residence. She was issued a ticket for petty theft.

A man put on a pair of shoes and walked out of a business in the 1700 block of W. Victory Boulevard on Nov. 13 at 6:25 p.m.
