When you purchase a new Pet Simulator product, either online or in a store, look for a tag with a scratch-off label. Scratch to reveal the code, then enter it in-game following the steps below!
If you buy a Pet Simulator product online from a third-party seller, verify that the code tag is intact. Each code can only be redeemed once, so if the previous owner already used the item’s code then you won’t be able to do so.
Some promo codes are occasionally posted on BIG Games’ Discord and X accounts. These codes have to be redeemed at Preston’s Secret Shop, which is a hidden area in the game.
How To Find Preston’s Secret Shop
Preston’s Secret Shop is a place where you can redeem codes that are only available via the developers’ social media accounts. We check these accounts regularly, so if a code for the Secret Shop becomes available, we’ll add it here.
To find Preston’s Secret Shop, you need to first unlock Area 35. There, you’ll find a shortcut tunnel to the left. Preston’s Secret Shop is visible through a hole in the wall inside the tunnel.
Speak to the person behind the counter, and you’ll be prompted to enter a code. If you enter a working code, you’ll receive a reward!
How To Redeem Merchandise Codes In Pet Simulator 99
Once you have a code ready to go, here’s how to redeem it for in-game rewards:
- Start playing Pet Simulator 99.
- Open the Pets Menu by clicking the button at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the Exclusive Shop option by clicking the Shopping Basket icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll all the way to the bottom of the Shop menu.
- Click Redeem.
- Enter the code in the text box that appears.
- Click Redeem again.
If the code was entered correctly, you’ll receive your reward. If not, you’ll get an error message telling you to try again. Roblox codes are case-sensitive, so double-check to make sure that you entered the code exactly as it appears on the product tag.
